I went to finance a Hyundai & the process were effortless. We completed most of the work electronically so when I got there we were in and out. I will be recommending them to anyone who is searching for a vehicle. The only con is if you choose to use their house insurance company it doesn’t include rental coverage or a lower car for your convenience.

Was a great experience from applying online and looking online and getting approved that same night. Spoke to Bruce the next day to set up a time to come speak in person and test drive. He offered showing me other styles too on top of what I was looking for. He was very personable and I left with keys in hand to a Chevy Sonic!!!!

Let's talk professional this is by far is the most straight forward dealer ship I have ever bought a vehicle from. My sales person was Bruce trust me just listen to him and you'll be all set and ready to drive the same day . He took the time to tell me exactly what I needed I went and got the paperwork and my deposit and I was driving the same day hands down. There is no giving you the run-around like other dealerships what you see online as the price is what the price is when you get there not just a gimmick to get you to come into the store. And they are a true buy here pay here not like the others that say they are. Their vehicles are clean and also safety inspected before you actually drive them which is very rare now adays with a lot of other dealerships that I went to everyone there has a stellar personality you can tell this company is family I want you to become part of their family and buy a car you will see what I mean there's a lot of extra things that I could tell you to get you to come in and buy a car from them but this is short and sweet I could go on and on about how clean how fast how efficient how supportive and not to mention they even put gas in the vehicle for me so I didn't leave with an empty tank now that right there within itself speaks volumes I appreciate each and every one of them and especially Bruce for not giving up on me or doubting me or trying to push me into a vehicle that I didn't want and just being honest and true to the job and finding me a vehicle that I wanted and that I could afford so Bruce I just want to thank you again I am in love with my 2014 Kia soul. Were other people turn me down you got me right. Thank you for that and tell the rest of the team thank you as well so if you got to the end of this review you already know don't go anywhere else go straight to Frank's Auto credit buy here pay here . Oh by the way I forgot to mention as long as you're still paying on your vehicle you get free oil changes until your car is paid off that right there is a win-win but there's a lot more you just have to go in and talk to him so when you get there ask for Bruce thanks again man I will be referring people so if anybody sees this post make sure you tell them that Chad Anderson sent you ✅
